Dwizzy Projects operates under the dual authority of ISO quality certification and a government electrical contractor licence — giving clients the assurance that every project is executed to the highest standards.
Dwizzy Projects maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) certified to ISO standards. The QMS governs all aspects of our project delivery — from tendering and procurement through site execution, quality testing, and project handover.
ISO certification means that every process, from material selection to compaction testing, follows a documented and audited procedure. Clients can request quality records for any project stage.
Scope of Certification
Civil construction, electrical works, cable laying, road construction, and associated infrastructure contracting across Northern India.
We hold a current government electrical contractor licence issued under the provisions of the Indian Electricity Rules and administered by the Electrical Inspectorate. This licence authorises us to undertake all classes of electrical installation work in the licensed jurisdiction.
All electrical works are executed under the supervision of a licensed electrical supervisor, and completion certificates are issued to the Electrical Inspectorate on project completion.
Licence Covers
LV, MV, and HV installations including panels, cable laying, substation works, power transmission, and associated electrical infrastructure.
Our works are governed by the full suite of applicable Indian and international standards — not selectively, but comprehensively.
The primary statutory framework governing all electrical installation works in India. Every project we undertake complies with the applicable provisions of IER 2005.
Central Electricity Authority regulations for installation and operation of meters, metering equipment, and safety procedures for transmission and distribution systems.
Ministry of Road Transport & Highways Standard Specifications and Code of Practice for Road Bridges — mandatory for all National and State Highway works.
IS codes govern concrete design, earthwork compaction, structural steel, electrical cable specifications, and dozens of other material and workmanship standards we follow.
Indian Roads Congress codes for geometric design of rural roads, highway capacity, and pavement design — applied to all our road construction projects.
International Electrotechnical Commission standards for electrical equipment, cables, switchgear, and testing procedures referenced alongside Indian standards.
